Issued 3:30 PM ADT 9 May 2021 Tonight and Monday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today low 987 mb located over southwestern
Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Monday departing low 993 mb located over
northeastern Newfoundland.

By 10:00 a.m. ADT Monday approaching trough located west of
Georges Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:18 PM ADT 9 May 2021 A low pressure system over Southwestern Newfoundland will continue to
track northeast tonight. Strong to gale force westerlies will
continue to diminish tonight as the low pulls away from the region.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope, Banquereau, Laurentian Fan and Cabot Strait -
northern half.
