Issued 8:00 PM AST 4 March 2021 Tonight and Friday At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight low 974 mb located northeast of Anticosti
Island.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Friday low 986 mb located over southern Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:45 PM AST 4 March 2021 A low pressure system northeast of Anticosti Island will slowly move
north to lie over Southern Labrador by Friday evening. Strong to gale
force westerlies will slowly diminish through the forecast period as
a result.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf-Magdalen, Chaleur-Miscou, and Anticosti.

Freezing spray warnings are in effect for Fundy, Grand Manan, Cabot
Strait - northern half, Northumberland Strait, Gulf-Magdalen,
Chaleur-Miscou, and Anticosti.
