Kingston to PrescottIssued 3:47 PM EDT 17 July 2019 A line of showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Ontario will cross the river late this afternoon. Some of the thunderstorms may contain wind gusts of 30 knots, and sudden very low visibility in heavy downpours.
Poor to very poor visibility may contribute to voyage delays and make marine navigation hazardous. Mariners are advised to prepare for strong winds. If underway, plan to seek safe harbour.
