Issued 9:30 AM NST 6 December 2025 Today Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 a.m. NST today quasi-stationary trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over the Northwest Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:30 AM NST 6 December 2025 A trough of low pressure will remain nearly stationary over the
Northwest Labrador Sea. Strong to gale force east to southeasterlies
will continue east of the trough while strong to gale force north to
northwesterlies continue to its west. Winds will diminish Sunday
morning as the trough weakens.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville and South Labrador Sea - eastern half.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Lake Melville, the Labrador coast, and Northwest Labrador
Sea - western half.
