By 4:00 a.m. PDT Friday approaching ridge located northwest
of Bowie.

Issued 3:56 AM PDT 28 March 2024 An offshore low will be quasi-stationary over Southern Explorer todayand tonight. The low will generate strong to gale force southeasterly
winds over the waters west of Vancouver Island and in the inner South
Coast today and tonight.
With an unstable airmass over the southern waters, there is a risk of
isolated thunderstorms and waterspouts today.
