Risk of freezing rain is expected. Where: The Alaska Highway and regions including Whitehorse, Haines Junction, Teslin, Jade City, Swift River, and Watson Lake. When: Overnight to Thursday morning. Potential Impacts: -Icy and slippery surfaces -Challenging driving conditions Remarks: A Pacific frontal system will move across Yukon tonight and bring a risk of freezing rain to southern Yukon. With the passage of the system, the risk of freezing rain will diminish Thursday morning. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
