Issued 9:19 PM PDT 27 March 2024 With an unstable airmass over the southern waters, there is a risk ofisolated thunderstorms and waterspouts tonight.
On Thursday, an offshore low will be quasi-stationary over Southern
Explorer. The low will generate marginal gale force southeasterly
winds over the waters west of Vancouver Island.
