Timing: This morning into this afternoon. Discussion: Bands of heavy snow are expected to develop this morning and slowly move eastwards today. These bands of heavy snow are expected to weaken by this evening. Motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance.
